Ever wonder how some YouTubers get those epic AI thumbnails?

Well, here's the secret: You can train your own AI to make images of... yourself!

And it's super easy.

What’s the AI Workflow?

We’re talking about training an AI model using images of you.

With a tool called Flux Lora on fal.ai, you can take a bunch of photos of yourself, teach the AI what you look like, and then have it generate any kind of picture featuring you.

Want to see yourself in a pirate hat?

Done. How about a spacesuit? Easy.

Imagine you had an AI that could make you look like anything you wanted. Yeah, that’s the kind of magic we’re dealing with here.

Why this is a game changer?

If you're making YouTube videos, social media content, or anything online where you are the brand, then this is big.

You get to create unique images of yourself without spending hours in Photoshop.

That means YouTube thumbnails that pop, social media posts that wow, and content that's uniquely you.

More eyeballs on your content = more people interested in what you do.

How You Can Create Personalised AI Images

Here’s a quick step-by-step for using this AI workflow to build an AI-powered funnel for content creation:

1. Take Photos: Snap about 30 pictures of yourself. Different angles, different lighting. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a professional model. Just get your face in there.

2. Background Removal: Use a free tool like Canva to remove backgrounds. We want the focus on your amazing self. Download as a zip file.

3. Label and Upload: Choose a trigger word. This could be your name or a fun code name, like "HeroYou". Name each photo like "a_photo_of_HeroYou_1" and so on.

4. Training Time: Head to fal.ai and train a Flux Lora. Upload your zip file, type in your trigger word, and let the AI do its magic.

5. Generate!: Now you can prompt it to make anything. Want yourself in a tux made of world flags? Boom. You're ready to go.

Tip: start the prompt by describing your likeness e.g “a brown man with a neat beard” and use the Flux Prompt Wizard GPT to help you write your prompts

Bonus Workflow - Personalised Videos

Here's where it gets even cooler.

You've got your AI-generated image of yourself.

Now turn that image into a video.

Use a tool like Kling AI for "image-to-video".

Feed your AI image in and watch as it transforms into a short video clip of you, with movement and all.

Now you can make b-roll for your videos with you as the star ⭐
